I really like this sprots bra. It's very comfortable and easy to wear and I didn’t even have to remove the padding, which I typically have to do with other bras. Wore it for over 9 hours and it’s also very secure. The sizes have enough fabric to gather any extra boob that spills under the arm and I need that. Ha.
I'm typically a 36D and got a Large and it was comfortable, not tight at all. I can see it being good for med-high impact activities (depending on your bust size). I do wish the straps were a little wider but my shoulders are broad so it's simply my personal aesthetic preference.
